Trip to Mexico to build a house in 9 hours - 24-Oct-15

On Saturday, October 24, 2015, several members of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook traveled to Mexico to partner with Project Mercy and the Interact Club of Francis Parker High School to build a house for a woman and her daughter. The project took 50 people and 9 hours to complete. Victoria Helms, teacher and spouse of Rotary member Dr. Jim Helms orchestrated the volunteers and help oversee the project. It was a great example of the Rotary Theme "Service Above Self". It was also great fun! We need to plan another trip like this!
