An overview of both the dependency and the delinquency laws as it relates to Juvenile's.

Mr. Arroyo is a graduate of SDSU undergrad and the UC Davis Law School.  He is the immediate Past President of the Chula Vista Rotary Club, Past District Interact Chair and the current Program Chair and has over 34 of legal and community experience.  

He has one daughter who is an elementary school teacher.
